Have you ever been catfished on tinder? do you think girls provide real unedited pics? or their 'best' pics captured at perfect angles/lighting and then run through beautifying filters? I'm sure they look like that normally in real life 100% of the time. In this hobby, I'm shocked if I can identify any girl from the resemblance in the photo.

The truth is fine, it's the fact that the thread has gone off topic. It's been shut down in the past because of it where we lose nearly a year's worth of intel and we can't update.
But, @dunce911 is right where many of them provide their own pics. Some don't but most do, depending on the shop. AF takes their own photos which is good but in the end I look to my brothers here to give me an idea of if I want to see a girl or not. Photos don't tell the whole story unless you're one of those that places looks so much higher than the experience. Nothing wrong with that but it's not my jam.

The market in YVR is too saturated. Prices don't help either. All the girls at these Agencies look the same now. I look at DimSum/PP webpages and really can't tell the difference between most. Finding a Busty girl different from the generic KPop style others is a real challenge

not surprised you can't tell the difference because many girls advert on both xds and PP using different names
More than that. We've got XDS/PP but then newcomers like Queen604, Nightowl, etc. that have no or few exclusive girls and just recycle the girls at the main shops. I don't even bother looking at them because I know it's a aggregate of what I see at the shops I like to frequent.
