I think Joy Winters was by tenderloin meats. Saw her years ago but then she vanished for awhile. I think she’s back
Do NOT see Joy Winters. Do a search on this site, one of Winnipegs worst providers. I don't care if she lives 2 minutes from you, it's not worth it.
Well then times have sure changed ! She used to be pretty good when she lived near the no frills on main but I guess not anymore !
