to a "Forever Fund" (similar to the Norwegian Oil Fund). 15-20 % of all minerals and oil go into a fund that increases "forever". Governments can only take 5% of the interest made off of the Principle of the Funds. As Resources deplete, there is still money for the government and people of Canada.
-Allow all prov and Federal pension Funds to accumulate a "pension wealth fund". Up until the 1990 there were such funds, but governments cleaned them out. Its time to rebuild them. Currently it is yearly tax dollars that pay for government pensions.
-All government budgets have to be printed yearly. no exceptions. All expenses accounted for. No alcohol/Party stuff unless approved by department minister (elected official). to prevent corruption in departments, and for the people in that department to see where taxpayers money goes to? Believe it or not most do not know their departments budget or it is kept hidden from them. Public knowledge of these budgets could mean better service by the governments.
- No more than 7% profit for any government contract, any thing over the CEO/or owner will get min 100,000.00 fine (personal fine that the contract can't pay for). Just to let you know any thing like an attachment to the contract (due to rising cost etc usually gets approved), plus payback of overage.
-Simplify all taxes. Dividends, and capital gain to be simplified. Get rid of tax on tax on taxes...
- 40hour/week on min wage -- no income taxes. but you have to pay EI and other taxes, pension dues.
-Allow for 2 tier health system, except that what ever someone pays for the 2nd tier (private) will be also given to the government. This is assuming anybody using the system is rich and can afford to pay the government what they paid a private institution.... Sounds fair to me and more money into government for public health spending. People wanting faster service will just pay 2X as much as the service will cost at the private level. Only exception is military personal. Companies doing Tier 2 will get auto matic 35% gross (before write offs of material, rent, personal wages etc). Gotta make money for the government. All this money goes towards health care.
- All money confiscated in illegal activity will go into provinces emergency use funds.
-Any foreign assets outside of Canada in tax havens can be confiscated. If in a lower tax bracket country will not be, as long as the taxes were paid, and revenue Canada can not touch it. yeah I ' m fucking over the rich here....
- Jail time of 2 years for people in government that "borrow" money. eg. Petty Cash, person takes 500.00 dollars out and puts in a cheque for 500.00 for any audit. Auditers usually let this go. But it is dishonest and the person handling the "petty cash" is unreliable and corrupt (although it doesn't say too much about the auditor either). eg 2. A person with government credit card uses it to buy alchohol, which is a no-no according to government policy and rules.
-Forestry should take on the Scandinavian model of selected farming of trees. Clear cutting will be illegal except over dead/forest burned forests. Promotes more people in the forestry profession along with strict rules etc. for long term forestry products.
-Aboriginal Reservations to be taxed on land and income of residents. Just fair to other Canadians that they should contribute to Canadian society.
- All Land claims abolished. Saves taxpayers Trillions of dollars in the future. Really don't care about pissing off less than 1% of Canadians....
- Judges for the supreme court of Canada- would have to work the majority of their career in individual province. And that 1 judge per province. Non of this Quebec/Ontario stacked court. 10 provinces and 3 territories for a total of 13.
- Senate seats Ontario/Quebec < (less than) rest of Canada (BC, AB, SA, MB, NB, NS, PEI, NF, +3 territories). the senate is supposed to be an equalizer for population.
- Criminal code enforced to max. 15 years for using handgun minimum and 10 years for a normal rifle. Death penalty to people who committed over 3 murders. Or put more than 10 people in hospital. People have to answer for their actions. Hard Drugs means min 15 years on a chain gang. Brutal laws for brutal people.
-Allow Citizens to have semi-autos and full autos for collectors. Just have to be licenced. Dealth penalty to unbelievers of licences for auto (meaning get a license or die....if caught...)
-- 3 strikes your out for fentanyl and drug overdoses (over a 2 year period). I just don't want to waste police and paramedics time on long term problem people who waste resources. This will end the opiod epidemic.... If you haven't learned to get help after your first overdose, you have fucken problems, deal with it.
-Anyone making over 150,000.00 per year get taxed at 65%. on a single income, even if you are married or paying alimony. 65% for married couples over 190,000.00
-Corporate tax up to 23.5% just like the earths declination....
-New rules for old age homes/care homes. Again 7% profit. Cheap rent to include warm rooms in winter and AC in summer. After school care for teenagers at min wage to help out to after supper in these places (cleaning, serving, etc)
-A teenager in school, does not have to do community work for gradating High school, if they have a after/before school job.
-No public funds for private schools. This will enforce max participation in public schools and give them more money. Private schools will come out of parents or organization itself (eg Catholic schools). If a parent wants to send their kid to private school, then they have to pay for it themselves.
- Teachers at public schools will get 4X a year independent reports for teaching performance and reviews. Student classes can be interviewed. Feedback by members in class. At any time Parents can give feedback.
- Any new homes have to be muti- generational housing (suddenly that 2 bedroom turns into a 7 bedroom apartment/house). Cost less than 150,000.00 with simple interest rate. Fucking over over the banks here.... Putting more money into peoples pockets.
-Draft of any high school graduate not going to college. Will serve 3 years. Physical fitness not required, if your fat and out of shape, best program for you. PS you might die, but you served your country.... Need 2 doctors notes if unable physically/health wise. Might give some young people direction.
-Increase steel and mineral production in Canada.
-INcrease heavy industry for ships, trains, tranports, highways, etc.
-Ontario congestion of Roads will be eliminated. Buy land back at again 1990 values.
-Any land being reclaimed will be at 1990 tax prices. Fuck you to all the fucken people speculating land, houses..... Banks get fucked over for difference....as avid contributors to the expanded house prices.
