I would try windsor spa which is similar in Vancouver, they only have sauna no steam or pool, and Tina is amazing.
I used to go Water cube back in the day. Still looking for a other hs providers as good as Tina, Nobility is good, but I dont like the fact they dont have showers, and the rooms I am not a fan of
