ymmv applies to all and everyone, ive had really good service from someone who has questionable reviews here and really bad service from someone who has exceptional reviews.
from a business pov i agree, everyone should get the same level of service to all reasonable customers
from a human pov i understand everyone has good days and bad days, you don’t know what’s going on in their lives and they don’t know what’s going on in yours. If someone continuously finds themselves in a mix of services being rendered to them i would suggest
A) sticking with the sp who gave you good service
B) take some time for some self reflection and see if you find something
