For real? Wow.
I know Phoenix is open late like midnight+ and Broadway Spa can be open pretty late too like 11pm-ish.
Never been to Bali but would check it out late.
Swan will stay till open till midnight sometimes for pre bookings , depends on the girl , but they are usually open till 11 pm most nights .

If your hard up past midnight go for it. Its like playing roulette at Bali, you never know what your going to get but it will at minimum be entertaining and cheap lol
Great Pharoah is open until midnight. Looks like only one girl is working after 11 though.

Depends on the perspective. If she enjoys the validation, then it'll be paradise for her
