I think it's good to have a trade that exists in construction, and then service work as well. If one side dries up, I don't think it's too hard to make a shift. Especially if the credentials are the same. Plumbing for example. It would suck if you had to move just to find work again.

Definately agree with the value for money comment. One thing I wonder is how often AMPs get mistake visits from people looking for something else. Some are pretty obviously not what they are advertising, but others could fool me.
