Greatest city in the world? I don't think so. Lot's of negatives here. Too much rain and way too damn expensive! The BC after Vancouver stands for "Bring Cash". Lot's of it. Was checking house prices in Miami. Can get a nice place there for about $250,000. Go figure. Average price here $589,000...
