Tineye has gotten worse at finding duplicates. I'm not sure why but it certainly is not reliable anymore. I use Duplichecker. At least one of this ad's images are showing up in ads elsewhere and looks like these pics are of adult performer Emily Brook.

I tried to find her reviews on Lyla as well with no luck. Albeit, I spent no more than 2 minutes trying. EDIT - I did a little more digging and found reviews on Lyla. However, there are only two of them and they are the same as the ones in the ad. There could be more but that's all the homework...
