Not wanting to start a new thread but a couple additional pieces of info: 1) Her rates seem to be lower now. 2) Scheduled some time with her a few hours in advance and then was ghosted when the time came. Not a great look.

The agency has been fine for me, I've used it... maybe 3-4 times. I've only done an e-transfer deposit with them but maybe they're having bank issues and switched to gift card. Iirc I only did a deposit the first time.
