I have tried to find the explanation in the forum but could not. Many reviews have a title like [Name] + [4digit number] eg. Sally 4556, sometimes with a mention of ERS. I found ERS is a website with somes ads, but I did not find any 4 reference digit number. So what it the meaning of this number?
