Destinys Angels has gone to complete shit. TNT North is almost as bad. West is ok, Luxx seems like it would be fancy until you get inside and it is falling apart too. Elite is great! Jaileys is very nice. Passions is a bit dated but not bad. The Gallery is nice.

Go with FRS. Mint is a druggie hellhole. They won't be early 20's but they aren't aunties at FSR, and they always provide good service.
