The two places I have been to and would go back are Lucy's 5899 and Susu's 8119. Both are hs shops with extras of different kinds/degrees.

I think the main question is whether she allows suckling pretty much throughout the session. Many SP's would not allow that, including many who provide fs.

I always park on the street in the front and walk to the shop in the back. So I never pay attention to anything around. Regardless, I'm sure everyone in the neighborhood knows what's going on in there. More likely than not, some of them have also been patrons at some point.
