    30 mins vs 60 mins - What's your preference and why?

    45 minutes is what I've usually aimed for, but my last two sessions were 60 minutes and 90 minutes respectively. It's just nicer to not be rushed, go slow, and do everything I want to do without worrying if I need to finish soon. 30 minutes just feels too short to me to get into it and have fun.
