3 times has the real estate market crashed, and it will happen again. Unless you're already in just wait it out. Already the market has more homes then buyers. For myself, I'll hold off unless I run into a bargain.

Reading over this thread I do agree it is one's choice to go with a certain race or not, for myself I prefer black women. :D Not that I don't find any race attractive of course! However, banning an entire race because of a few jerks is just dumb. Those SP's that refuse because of a foolish few...
