Bad luck man. I've been cruisin Surrey for years and have never had a rip-off experience. Maybe I'm just lucky. Then again, I've been ripped off a couple of times at the Vancouver low / mid tracks. I think maybe you just have to know who to pick. Some SWs you know are going to be trouble...

Don't know of any agnecies or independants but I do know that you can find some SPs walking the 400 - 600 block of St. Paul Street pretty regularly during the day and night.
