Yes she is Jamaican, she is a bit lighter skin then some as I mentioned but I assure you she is black and has a beautiful skintone :) I'm also quite sure you are not browner then her anyways :p

The rate for and hour was 250 including greek was an additional 50 and I ended up her 320.

She is black 100% Jamaican in fact, just not as dark as some plus the lighting in her pictures doesnt do her justice. I can't help that I really liked her thats why I was planning on just seeing her, but you never know I guess. I just really liked what I got :)
