Well last night I was surfing and checked out CL and saw this ad for a familiar name. Vanessa Kelly of the SRHD Clinic fame is in town today!!

Vanessa is in town from Vancouver is a Dr who's qualifications can be found here. I sent an email to her pers-752331440@craigslist.org and got a reply. After a couple of email exchanges I booked her for this afternoon.

OMG

This was the most FANTASTIC session I've ever had!!!!!!!!!! I drove downtown (she is not in NE Edmonton, she wasn't sure and posted that by error) as instructed and called her just outside her hotel. I got the room number and rode the elevator up to her floor.

Now, I also hear you're amazing and I have no doubt you are, but why don't you leave well enough alone and let your reviews do the talking instead of this constant and rather tiring self promotion?

I absolutely DON'T think you're riding on any shirt tails. My point was you have GREAT reviews, all your clients genuinely enjoy you and always give you high marks consequently there's no need to plug yourself at EVERY turn.

Your reputation speaks for itself, just let it.

(but it's only one mans humble opinion and you are absolutely entitled to place me on ignore and continue. I wanted to point out it was unnecessary and could become irritating to some should you feel the need to continue your shameless self promotion)

I don't think she was out of line promoting the fact that she was also in town and available for duos with miss Vanessa. I think it's a valuable piece of info that many an edmonton perbite would like to know about. :)

Well I would have liked to have added a positive review of miss Vanessa but that can't happen. Had a confirmed appointment for tonight. Called as I said I would to let her know I was on my way got voicemail so left a message. Called when I got there and again left message on voicemail. Waited for 1/2 hour and tried a couple more times to call but nothing. And no calls back at any time. Quite a let down.

I apologize about last night...I had something personal come up and did try contacting you and I did leave a discrete message at right around 7:00pm...

I pride myself on being responsible...pretty much punctual and have awesome business ethics.... In this industry all we have to go by is our reputation and I believe that I have proven to have a stellar reputation and most definitely not known for no showing...

I would enjoy the opportunity to connect with you while I am still in Edmonton ...perhaps there is some way we can turn the frown upside down and make a smile....

Anyone other than Jim actually manage to see the Doc?

Have been playing email and PERB tag all day with the same rhetoric.

Emails only get a response when sent to her PERB account.

Phone calls aren't answered...

Voice mails get no response...

Email response just sez to call her number...

It's a fun game... now I see why dog's like to chase their own tail...
