You're saying that there is no conclusive evidence that Tylenol causes autism, therefore, we assume that it does and should not give it to children or pregnant women.
By this logic, I see that there is no evidence that Donald Trump has a tiny dick and hence we should assume that he does.
Lack of conclusive evidence for something does not mean we assume it to be true and behave like it is. Our whole legal system is based on the fact that when accused of something, lack of conclusive evidence does not mean the accused is guilty. Without conclusive evidence, the accused is deemed not guilty.
Similar principle applies in science. since there is no conclusive evidence that a comet is on the way to hitting earth, we do not assume that is happening and freak out.
BTW, when experts say use caution with medication, they mean use the medication for the circumstances and in doses specified by the doctor. The orange lard-o-maga is saying that if the doctor tells you to take Tylenol, don't listen to the doctor. Do whatever the fuck you want.

But if there is a silver lining I think it’s this: Most people, likely including the military, have only seen Trump sound bites and clips, but they were forced to watch him ramble in person. To any sane observer Trump is nuts in these things, sometimes just plain incoherent. He rants, goes off on tangents, and rambles about the weirdest stuff. It’s obvious to all but the most indoctrinated MAGA’s that he’s clearly lying about countless things and just nuts. It’s Trump in all his batshit glory revealed to them all. (FYI this is mild insanity compared to some of the campaign rallies he held, even some of his base walked out of those) A highlight is him complaining about the crowd not applauding, to which they respond with crickets.
So now the Generals and every one of the US top brass have seen in person that their Commander in Chief fucking nuts. If they had any illusions about it they’re shattered. Maybe this is a good thing. Will they stand by him and follow illegal and immoral orders? When he inevitably starts to wear some medals on his chest like any top quality dictator will they turn against him?
