Not everyone is as lucky as you and your kids. You guys have to stop looking at your own personal situations and consider that there happen to be millions of other people living in this country, the majority of them being less fortunate than yourselves and for whatever reason are struggling to get by.

Remember when Kamala and Joe were concerned that on the way out that Trump may try to preemptively pardon his family members and associates and swore that they would NEVER do the same thing?

Preemptive pardons are basically an admission of guilt. But Milley did commit treason and Liz Cheney would have legitimately been gone after for witness tampering during the Jan 6 show trial so there is that.
And if you had been concerned about Trump officials committing crimes during his time in office the door has just been opened wide open for when he leaves office. Precedent has been set. Don't complain four years down the road if it happens.

I am certainly happy Joe Biden has issued preemptive pardons to Dr. Fauci and members of the January 6 committee.

Inauguration speech was interesting. Not much unexpected, however, I though that Trump’s internal changes came together in a clearer theme than previous rants. WoW—War on Wokeism. They refered to it common sense, but this agenda to rid the govrrnment of all the wasteful special interest crap and special program sillyness followed a deeper theme imho. I don’t see it as simply contradicting the Democrat’s agenda or poking a stick at Hoe Biden. The round-up / cleanup of government seems to resonate with a lot of working class Americans.
External direction is clearer too. No more handouts and try to claw back what they can to pay for the massive U.S. budget. I still don’t get where the whole Panama thing is headed or why it’s even on the table, unless the end game is to get some perpetual royalties for use of the canal.

If i were you.....I'd wait for the results before shouting Victory as I remember the worst President after trump , standing on an aircraft carrier with a fairly big banner stating " mission accomplished " ....which turned out to be so far from the truth that we still have a laugh about it
