While not technically an agency, Skyline has 2 nice, modern incalls downtown. They advertise on LeoList. This should be in 411.
For downtown i would first look at CocoCollective and Luxxxe Affaires. Around $300 to $400.
VME is a bit higher end and more expensive. $450.
TempGF also has some locations downtown and is $270 - $350. They only psot schedules the night before so a bit harder to coordinate.

While it's not an agency Pink Diamond Condos provides nice clean and comfortable locations that are very conveniently located. The girls however are all independent and you book with them directly so you need to check their schedules on the PDC site. The best thing is that there are such a wide variety of types and rates that it's easy to find someone you'll like.
