So last night was movie date night at my house, and flicking through the IPTV, "the unbearable weight of massive talent" popped up. Bullet Train too which we started to watch but decided it was too stylized for us for the moment. Back to "unbearable ..."
Not a Nick Cage fan to any real degree and this one started off kinda aggravating but then it got rolling and it was laughs, fun and action with a really delightful ending. And great sets/scenery (a good part of it was shot in Croatia).
Strong recommend from me!

During the summer I rewatched the Stargate sci-fi series. It supposed to back on Prime in the US. The MGM studios to make a new Stargate series??
New series on The House of Dragon, also the Lord of the Rings new series on Prime.
Although I have Curiousity Stream, I like the documentaries on it. Mostly ancient history and science stuff. Although some of the stuff you could find on utube if you know what you are searching for and can put up with commericials.
Prime for access to alot of movies, leaves me in a huff that it offers different channels with other stuff I want to watch, kinda disappointing. Money grab especially for TV shows I didn't get to watch 20 years ago.
I have read alot of sci-fi and fantasy and there are alot of good books that could be turned into good movies.

Don’t know if it’s on Netflix or not. But new series-S. A. S. Rogue Heroes is is pretty good, based on the origin of the SAS WWII

I just finished The Outsider last night. I couldn't stop watching.
I'm not exaggerating - it's the best show I've ever seen.

Bullet train isn't on any IPTV service that I'm unaware, rather on speciality apps Kodi. I agree, Bullet Train and Hitman's Bodyguard are worth watching.

As we're nearing November 11, people should check out why it exists as a time of Remembrance by checking out All Quiet On The Western Front. It just might win an Oscar for Best Picture. It's on Netflix, and in German, subtitled, but don't let that put you off, as it is full of some of the best war action ever filmed. Also - The Good Nurse.

So another Nick Cage movie and although I thought I was not a Nick Cage fan, I think I am becoming one.
Pig

Not even if my dick doubled as an excitable pogo stick....
Me neither. I neither surf nor climb. The sheer terror of what this lad found comfortable is of another realm. The pictures of that mountain range are something out of a Disney fantasy.

So Movie Date Night last night at the MPH media lounge. Figured spend time perusing Netflix (as opposed to spending hours going through everything).
Decided to watch a now aged Donald Sutherland in a Stephen King movie "Mr. Harrigan's Phone".
Not an action flick. No swearing. No guns. Just a really (in my opinion) delightful flick full of humanity with of course Mr. King's sense of macabre.
Strong recommend.

I watched Bullet Train on IPTV a few weeks ago. I just checked and it's still there..
