Or NFGC..no fucked good check.

I know it's not advisable for the girls to accept a check from as payment.. But girls have done it , some are good many are not..

This Is a question for the ladies . Would you take a guy to small claims court for a $1000 dollar check that turned out tobe no good ..specially after the guy said he would have the money in the bank by a certain date And the back was holding the check till that time..
That partly shows that there was an intent to pay for services. By not doing so it is breach of contract or fraud
Any other business would take the person to court.

As an escort who legally can advertise your services and ask for payment ,don't you have the same right?
You can say it was for social companionship, massage services or adult services. Which ever. And you should be able to fill in court.

How the client will decent against it when you have the evidence of a check ..and prob. Text messages, address ever you met and maybe further messages concerning that they will make the check good should help win the case.

On top of that why would a client even risk paying with a bad check for sex services when to admit to us admitting to illegal act. .

I have to say both parties are stupid . And it not great that an SO has to threaten to take some one to court to get what is owed . But she does have that right .Where any other action might be consider illegal.

As an escort has any of you ever taken someone to court or would you .for an large NFG check.

Just my thought if you guys don't have the money to pay for sex don't try to rip off the girls.
Just be content to wack off to porn.

Pay with a cheque? Is this 1982? Seriously, I couldn't imagine someone paying with a cheque. However, keep this in mind. The provider would have to prove the cheque was for services (or in some other way owed), prove there was no other payment made to compensate for the bounced cheque, and would have to explain their source of income if they have not been paying taxes. For $1,000? Probably not worth the effort.

As a side note: any strange forms of payment ever used? I had an escort take Canadian Tire money as part payment.

I can picture a gambling addict/lottery addict take lottery tickets as payment, winning or not...unscratched scratch and wins, or a winning 100 dollar ticket! Can you imagine if one of those unscratched scratch and wins held a 7 figure jackpot? or a lotto max that was a winner after the draw date!!! If the pooner found out I'd bet he would kick himself :fencing:

Not sure why the escort would have to prove the money was owed .if the guy wrote a check andvitvuscuis signature. He obviously wrote it to her for some reason.
And why would she have to prove she payed income taxe .that has nothing to do with cashing a check or seeking payment on a bounced check.
If the girl is not afraid to tell the course she is an escort.
I'm think it would be obvious to the court what the payment was for .
The client would have to prove he compensated her for the bounced check . I would ask if he did .then why did he not get the check back..

Why would collecting $1000 dollar be a hassle. Banks do it and most companies would .
When I was a contractor I hot it fix right away By the client before I would continue with work.

It would be great to see SPs taking deadbeat clients to small claims court. The best way to protect your rights is to demand them. If anyone wants to do that I would be more than willing to help.

This is one of the more bizarre threads I've seen.

Is it hypothetical, or based an incident the OP has knowledge of, because I can't imagine any SP taking a cheque, certainly not for that amount of money.
This business just doesn't operate that way. Most wouldn't take a $100 cheque.

Even a long-standing client an SP might trust would be a fool to accept a cheque in payment for services.
$1000 is at the very high end of payment for services.
Women in that price range didn't get there by being stupid.

Yes this story is real and not the first time I have heard it happening in my 13 yrs knowing the business..
In this case the girl cabed out to Sydney ,and when she go there he asked if he could pay by check. She did not want to but the guy did pay 100 for the cab and they tried to do an e transfer but it did not work.. She stayed for a few hours no extra. I honestly don't know what she was thinking other then she need the money.

Yrs ago I heard of one girl accepting a check from her regular .that turned out to be NFG..
And even agencies have had clients cancel payments on 3000 credit card charge .

Guys can pull all sorts of things and think they are entitled
And it is ok . I think they should get tsken to court and explain it .

I am sure it gave happened to a number of girls through the yrs . And most learn pretty quickly.

Absolutely. Based on principal. If your intention was to exploit me, then I will go out of my way to ensure that you know I won't stand for that.

I don't take checks, but the equivalent would be charging back a credit card or using a stolen card that the owner then charged back. In the middle of one right now. Only it is not a civil case. In this industry, if you don't pay the companion, it is considered rape and not just theft or fraud.

Realistically, if someone done the same thing with one of my other businesses, I likely wouldn't go past disputing the chargeback with the credit card company. It is very unlikely at this stage of my life that I would take someone to civil court for $1000. However, this industry is different. It is personal. And when somebody intentionally fucks you over, it does feel like rape. Not the horrible violent kind. However, consent was based on a financial agreement. It is an intentional exploit based on their belief that we are marginalized or ashamed and won't do anything about it. It makes us feel violated, and I don't believe in letting predators off the hook.

I am glad you chimed in in this thread . I did not look at that way ..but you are absolutely right.. I did look at as the guy did not respect the girls right to bepayed for her services and it was another case of the women in this business being used and abused by guys that don't think they have any rights and that the girls have no recores when take sex under faults pretended and don't pay .
them.
But it is because of the shame some feel or not wanting attention brought to what they do ,that they do nothing when things like this happens.

We have laws and leason officers that say they are there to help girls in the sex trade . Would they do any thing about it.

If that's the case use it as a learning experience. If he paid cash for the cab she didn't lose money, just time. But I question why any woman with any sense would agree to anything more than minimum service possible for minimum amount possible under the circumstances.

Why would she agree to a multiple hour dat? And for that amount of money?

Or was she greedy and trying to scam him out of much more than she normally charges, but got burned by a smarter scammer?

The thing I'm not understanding is how this guy thought he would get away with it, end of story.

She has a lot more power than she realizes.

She has the NSF cheque. She can contact the guy giving him one last chance to make good. Her fee + 25% for the inconvenience.

She can give it to a collections company but I'm not sure of their minimum debt to chase. They will hound him at home and his place of business til the debt is paid. Having a former neighbour who skipped out on his debts, I know how this works. I was called at work and home repeatedly because they were looking for leads. Leaves a permanent mark on his credit rating.

Unless he was staying at an AirBnb of course. Otherwise if it's real residence, he is vulnerable to lots of things.

I'm assuming this SP has broadcast his details to black lists far and wide.

Classy, could you say more about your "not a civil case?

Excellent point suggesting rape charges but a small claims action may still have its place.

The rape charges have to be laid by the crown after investigation by the police, they have to be proven "beyond a reasonable doubt" and they provide no material compensation for the worker.

A small claims action is initiated by an individual, claims are proven "on balance of probability" and if you win you get your money and possibly any out of pocket costs.

And thank you for the beautiful photos.

It was not that she was advertising these prices she is just regular priced and very restrictive which she prob told him.. He offered her $1000 to come out ..it was a family members house. With hot tub.
It is then that he said it would be a check
She stayed for a while but did not get any thing special because she really did not trust a check. Andi think told him.

She time it to the bank for them to check if it was good.
And they put a hold in it . Late it turns out the guys fiancee canceled the check. And now the bank is asking her funny question. And screwed up her account She did not try to draw any money on until it cleared. Which not did not.
The insisted he would pay her but did not want his fiancee finding out . But she all ready knows was for escort services.
So she us screwing the girl. Now he wrote check and signed it
But bank have not given it back to her.
So not sure where she stands.

When he should of settle for an hour and the taxi

And a girl that could do with a 1000

Throw in a fiancee and every one is fucked

Maybe some one could enlighten me on how stop payment can be put on a check with out presentingtruth full evidence that's it was not legit.

If a person wrote a check it means they were will to pay for some thing or some service and check is the proff of their intent.
. Canceling it after would be fraudulently taking the thing or service or steeling

You can stop any cheque of yours if you do so in time, the bank does not care about reasons behind it. Your obligation to pay a debt, is another matter, and I doubt having written a cheque at some point for someone or something is adequate proof of that debt.
