If those were tracks they would be on the inside of her elbow you don't see them on the outside and there are 3 in a row typical of fleas. Looks like another case of shitty housekeeping to me, I've seen this even with high end girls recently they suck at keeping their place clean.

I've had bedbug bites when I was still a civvie! Had taken a guest from Taiwan to see the Island, and we were in a nice Edwardian hotel right near the Inner Harbour. ! I had bedbug bites on my upper back, shoulder, upper arm, all on the right side of my body. That's the side I sleep on, and it was probably from lying on top of the hotel bedspread. I don't do this in budget hotels anymore, though I feel safe enough doing it in the hotels downtown that I prefer. I was quite concerned about potential scarring, because the clusters of bites were really itchy & my skin was quite reactive to it. They looked nasty.I also don't ever put suitcases on the bed anymore; they go straight into the closet.
