This was the ad I phoned. Thought why the hell not. What's the worse that can happen. I blocked my number and dialed. She answered and I asked about a session. She asked for my number so she can call me back. I said I am not that type of guy and would pass.

She sounded alright on the phone so used the Phone Number Anonymizer and called her back. For those that don't know this feature. It is called a payphone. Called her and asked to see her. She said sure. Told me to call her when I get to the Tim Horton's on Center and 40th.

Well Slim can't afford a cell phone so she changed it to a gas station up the street. I was told to phone her from the phone in the parking lot. I was waiting for her to tell me the secret code to say when I called. I thought to myself "The crow flies at midnight" and with that I was out the door.

Phoned her from the payphone again. She asked what I was driving and I described a car that was parked outside. She told me she would be there in a few minutes. Sounds good. She didn't want to discuss anything on the phone.

I waited for about 10 minutes. My hopes got up when I saw a younger hot chick walking this way. She walked righ t on by. I guess I could only hope that Shiana would be like that. Finally I see this woman walking up the alley.

She is wearing sweatpants and a winter jacket. That would have been fine if they were Lululemon and not Walmart specials. It would also been nice if they were tight and shiny but these were fleece and covered in fuzz and cat hair.

She was odd shaped and had quite wide hips. She had a weird pear shaped body that just wasn't doing it for me. She was well on her way to that catlady that lives down the street. I made small talk and then got down to business. It started with $200 FS at her place. I was not interested in FS at this point. I made an excuse of never doing FS and was just interested in a massage/happy ending. She mentioned she doesn't bring anyone back for less than $150. I countered with a just need a HJ in the hallway for $40. She said no and I said it woudn't take long. I will even leave my pants on. She countered with FS for $100. I passed due to the fuzzy sweats and odd shape. I politely told her thanks but a quick tug is all I needed. I started to walk away and she said how about $80? I kept walking because even Slim has standards.

So for those wondering about this one I would say take a pass. I'm trying to think how I ended up getting a release that day.....oh yeah I remember. I headed to Executive but that's another story. Stay tuned.

I Am.

Not doing a cat lady.

Slim you are too funny...

I have a comment about her not wanting to discuss her services over the phone. It is LEGAL to 'solicit' over the phone (which is a private space - even a payphone), however, in the parking lot OR in a car it is Illegal. Those are public places (yes, even a moving car), and 'solicitation' or 'communication for the purposes of prostitution' is what you'd probably be charged with. These are summary offences, meaning they are not criminal charges, but embarassing none the less as all court records become public domain.

You can never tell by looking whether it is LE, or a 'confidential informant' (a person either hired or blackmailed into working for LE) and you must ask 3 TIMES - "are you associated with any LE agency?" and receive the correct answer 3 times too, before you can be sure it is not LE you are chatting up.

Now, I'm not a lawyer, nor do I play one on TV: I am just passing on these practical tips I have heard from others in the law-breaking business (who got caught, obviously, but learned why - and how to avoid it next time...) so if you do get charged you are on your own, I take no responsibility, even if this advice is patently incorrect (which it could be).

Sir- Your post is pretty much accurate, and is good advice and a good warning for all who are not well versed in the law. The three times seems excessive to me, but superstitious threes exist all over in our "Christian" based legal system.

I did have the impression that communication was indeed a summary offense, but that you would have a criminal record for this type of offense.
Where did you get that idea from?
Tks once again for providing this advice.

I guess it's summary vs indictable. Probably get a crim record from both but in 3 years you can get a pardon for Summary, 5 years for Indictable...

Time to brush up on my knowledge of matters involving the PoPo - never hurts to know yo rights (but never flaunt that fact), for example:

"Hey pig, I know my rights and I'm a taxpayer, I pay your salary..."

That'll throw em right off the trail, and onto YOU...

THIS IS FROM A LAWYERS SITE:
http://www.criminal-lawyer.on.ca/police-questioning.html

Summary conviction offences

Summary conviction offences encompass the most minor offences in the Criminal Code. Examples are "communicate for the purpose of obtaining the sexual services of a prostitute," <- haha MUST BE COMMON in ONTARIO

You cannot be fingerprinted for a summary conviction offence. Also if you are convicted of a summary conviction offence as an adult, you are eligible for a pardon three years from the time you complete your sentence (e.g., payment of fine or restitution, completion of probation).

Indictable offences

An indictable offence is more serious than a summary conviction offence. Conviction of an indictable offence exposes you to greater penalties. If you are prosecuted by indictment, you are entitled to trial by jury for most offences. Following conviction of an indictable offence, you must wait five years before pardon eligibility.

Talkin to da PoPo -> just shut the hell up - you'll just make it worse...
and you may be late for your Yoga class...Next Thursday...
and I hope you like the cheese sandwiches in Holding...
and if you get a call from (403) 265-6229 someone you know might be askin YOU to bail em out...

Police approach me on the street. Do I have to answer their questions?

While police can lawfully ask you whatever they wish, you do not have to answer. Even if you have not done anything wrong, your answers could come back to haunt you. If police are investigating an offence and ask you questions, it may be best to politely decline to answer particularly if you are a suspect.

Police ask me to come to the station for questioning. Should I go? If I do, what should I say?

It is almost always best not to go or say anything. You have a right to remain silent. If you do make a statement to police, signed or oral, the Crown may be able to use it in evidence against you. If you've been arrested or detained police must tell you that you can immediately contact a lawyer. If you say you want to do so, police must hold off further questioning until you've spoken with one. A lawyer will likely tell you not to answer police questions. But once you've spoken to a lawyer, police may question you further.

Generally, it is best to meet with a lawyer before you co-operate with police. You should fully discuss the benefits and consequences of co-operation.

Don't lie to police

If you do speak to the police, don't lie. Lying to police could lead to criminal charges of public mischief, obstruct police or obstruct justice; a false alibi could become evidence of consciousness of guilt. The risk of speaking to police is that even an honest, but mistaken statement, can be later used at your trial as a prior inconsistent statement to attack your credibility. If you have an alibi, do not tell police at the time of your arrest; your lawyer should investigate your alibi before it is disclosed.

Should I take a lie detector (polygraph) test?

Do not take part in such tests. The results are not admissible at trial. Police know this but use these tests to get you to confess. Unlike the test results, your statements may be used in evidence.

Injured by police?

If in the course of investigation by police you suffer an injury, it is important to have it viewed by a doctor as soon as possible. Try and get photos.
