I can't understand why any woman would go thru the pain and the cost of an enhancement. Maybe they think it will increase business or make them sexier, but I've seen first hand in a number of nudie bars that the girls with small natural boobs are just as busy as the girls with large man-mades. It all comes down to the attitude. That goes for strippers, SP, girlfriends, lovers etc.

I've had GREAT times with all kinds of girls from 30A to 38DD, but they must be natural. Even if a girl is sexy, has a great personality, does all the things I love, bolt-on are still a turn off. They feel awful, and to me, look awful.

Maybe for some guys that are shallow, or younger guys hung up on an ideal, a big chest is a must. Most of the men I know, all over 30, prefer natural breasts.

Sydney in Saskatoon is 32A and you don't see too many negative comments on PERB.

So, to make a long story short, bigger is not better if it's not real.

Personally I like it any way I can get it...lol. I've been with a couple girls that had implants. Playing with them was a lot of fun! They always stayed up and didn't sag. I've also been with girls that had the real deal and were big (f cups). I don't have a preference. I just like them all .

Having seen some women at amps with really mess up boob jobs in feel not looks I would think its nuts to have it done. I know of 2 sps who will have health problems later on because their boobs are hard as a rock if you really squeeze them. what a shame.

Maybe it's like so many cosmetic things. People do it more for themselves or their own self-image than for others.

I'm certainly with the group that prefers all-natural. And, having been through necessary surgery a couple of times myself, I sure can't imagine why anyone would volunteer for it!

Yes, I prefer them real. My fav sp has real ones.

What matters more is the girl they are on.

I think enhanced is better if you don't have the size, and sometimes even better than real ones that are big. The reason is because breasts are probably the first things to sag on a woman, especially if they're big. Enhanced ones don't sag much at all. As for being rock hard, that happens if the girl does not take consistent post-surgery care of them. She needs to be massaging them vigorously every day at least 15 minutes a day for a year, and then once every few days after that. This is as important as the surgery itself, if not more so.

Lastly, good implants that have proper post-op care are nearly as natural feeling and as natural looking as real ones. From a man's point of view, you can't see what's inside real breasts so what difference does it really make what a breast is made out of, silicone, saline or breast tissue?

I've been with women with amazing natural D-size real breasts as girl friends, and I've been with others who have had good implants of the same size and great post-op care also as girl friends, and there is very little difference. The difference only comes into play as they age, and that's when they hit their early to mid 30's when everything starts falling down. That's when implants are superior.

For me, unless she is the 1% of women who was blessed with a slim figure and natural perky D's, implants are the way to go. Especially since a woman with natural D's is also likely going to have the propensity to gain weight easily and become a whale. Put a good set of D size implants on a 100 lb. spinner (who'll never gain weight) and you've got a killer female.

For me it's not so much the size, but more the shape. Saggy boobs is a turn off for me. I like them perky. An A cup can be quite sexy if they are not saggy and have a nice perky set of nipples. I'd take that any day over a saggy D cup. If that A cup is that nice, I wouldn't want a woman to get a boob job because the result may be less attractive as boob jobs can go wrong. But if you can guarantee the result then yeah I'd find a woman with a D cup sexier than an A cup (more so when clothed).

I've also seen horribly saggy A cups (not sure how that happens). To me, these girls are ripe for enhancements to get to a nice perky shape. If a woman has a saggy D cup then maybe it would be a challenge to correct them.

At the other end of the spectrum are bad boobs jobs with big nipple scars, freaky shapes, etc. I'd prefer natural to anything like that. So really it's just about nice shapely boobs for me, I don't really care how a woman came across them.

I know the question wasn't meant for me but I'll still butt in and give my (long winded) 2 cents.

Truthfully, my boobs have been perky B's most of my adult life. They've been C's for a time and I hated it. Hated the look I wasn't used to, hated the way they felt more "there" than before, dunno. I couldn't care less to stop and ask myself what men prefered. Seriously, maybe that's just me. It's never been an issue what-so-ever, as opposed to some of one my friends who had serious issues about the size of her breasts and was completely unhappy for years until she finally got her implants. I could understand her point and was always supportive her her decision because I knew she was doing it for herself and this was something really important to her.

What I find stupid is women doing it for motivations that have nothing to do with themselves, but rather to fit into what they think would please men, in this business or outside of it as well.

The truth is there will always be men who prefer one or the other, or men who perfer bigger or smaller. Just as stated in the previous answers, sometimes the look and feel overrides the fact that they are real or fake. Most men can tell you they prefer one size over an other, but can probably also tell you of some fave's that didn't fit that description. The reason is that no matter what you have on your chest, the way you feel about it is always what is going to show in the way ppl respond to you.

My friends breasts turned out incredible. She went from a self concsious A to a full and confident C. They looked great and natural but even more so because she was totally feelin' it now and it showed! lol

Basically, what I'm saying is I don't give a s**t what men prefer, I prefer my B's (for myself) and there are plenty of men who would agree and just as many who wouldn't and would say the bigger the better. But bottom line the only person who's preference I care about is mine...all mine. I wish you all the same, any other way would be such a waste of time.

and brats dolls.. there really should be better things for kids to play with and dress up other than dolls that look like sw..s.. back on topic.. having breasts are one thing I think some woman buy because it makes them feel like more of a woman... granted if they did not already have any breasts.. and those who get them lifted I think do it to recapture their youth... and those who supersize them them enjoy the attention they get.. men drooling I have thought about it... and in fact when I was only 18 I wanted them... however when I was 18 I also wanted to be a playboy bunny and at the tender age of 16 I was indulging in my own photography and taking sexy nude shot.. experimenting I guess... at the moment Im quite please with my breats and don't plan on doing much to them !!! tianna

As long as a women is doing it for HERSELF, that's her right, I agree, and would be the first to defend her right to do so. If implants boost her self confidence great, but doing so to fit some mold is or look is just crazy. VV's comments on Brittney and the media etc. are right on the money and exactly why I hate implants. I have a close friend who is a third grade teacher, some of the things little girls say and do would shock the hell out of you. They want to be "JUST LIKE ________"

In the last five years I've had three different women comment, Sorry my breasts are so small. I couldn't belive it, all three were beautiful, young, bright and IMHO had great breasts. I told each that I thought they look great and asked why would they even say something like that. All three replied "All guys like big breasts". Well girls not ALL guys like big ones, life would be pretty dull if every woman was 5'10, 125, blonde, blue eyes and 38-24-36. I like a little, make that a lot of variety.

I think most women would get pretty bored if every guy looked like Brad Pitt or who ever is the hot guy these days.

IMHO it's psychological. You see TV programs all the time dealing with this issue and inevitable the women say how much more confident they are after the surgery. Don't you think that if there was a procedure for men that could successfully increase the size of their johnson by 50% any self doubt would be virtually erased.
