Sorry for hijacking this thread, but Monkeyboy's post about Maria (EEEEEEWWWWW!!!) reminds me of an experience in Montreal about 13 or 14 years ago.
I called Diane, who had a French ad in a weekly publication, "Mature woman, 37 years old, call Diane".
I phoned her and decided to see her for $100 for FS, even though I was a little uncomfortable with her gruff voice. It was snowing heavily, but it didn't matter because her apartment was very close to a Metro station.
I rang her bell and started up the stairs. When I was about halfway up, I saw her standing in her doorway. I can't say for certain, because I never got close enough, but the first thought that ran through my mind was, "She is, or used to be, a man". I made a flimsy excuse about having the wrong address and practically ran down the stairs and out into the snow. I didn't look back.
BTW, "she" still advertises, but she's aged all the way to 41.
