It looks like the feds shut down Backpage earlier today, it's all over the news. Looks like we will have to stick to trusted sites like this and EC for our SPs now! Thoughts?

Thanks Mel for the link. Looks like all ads including fake ones are now here. Was hoping the fake ones will be gone but apparently not.
Unfortunately the fake ads will continue to be a nuisance but at least it's not as bad a Kingdom99 has gotten. That is by far become the worst site for fake ads. Another one I like is Escortbabylon, some fakes but you get reviews with the ads.
Looking at kingdom99, most ads look TGTBT so must be fake. This girl Shirlee Mincey looks extremely hot but she can’t be real.
Looks like Escorts Canada is getting stocked up again on advertisers, after a long while of there only being around five of them. I guess the local ladies are tying to find the next best avenue for advertising. Leolist will probably be the next go to, but until the hoopleheads figure this out, it will be quieter times for these ladies over the next little while.

Just checked, and both LeoList and Craigslist are up. I believe LeoList is based out of Vancouver (someone correct me if I'm wrong) so they won't see the same trouble that BackPage and EECIE have seen.
I'm not sure how closely some of the other sites such as EC verify the honesty/reliability of the advertisers but as far as I see it BP being gone is a good thing.

They also have a "Directory" section, which they say has providers with "verified" photos. I don't know what qualifies as verified; at a minimum the ladies are holding up a paper with "Leolist.CC" on it. Anyhow, Jenna Rose is on there and she's put quite a bit of information up. May just take a while to gain some traction here in Winnipeg.
I always thought EC verified their ads but you are right. There is always a way for the scammers to beat the system.
I (perhaps mistakenly) always saw EC as a more reliable site. From what I've heard it is quite costly to advertise on EC so one was more likely going see ads from true professionals, not the crack-ho MOF (mattress on the floor) types.
I do feel a bit for the reputable ladies on EC whose ads are now lumped in with all these others.
EC likely sees this as a windfall.
Sure glad I'm at a point in my career that I have my ATF and I'm not still searching.

Any suggestions on websites in the States? I’m doing some traveling this summer , now that backpage is down looking for a safe reliable website to find quality service providers.
Looks like TER (The Erotic Review) is still up for now. You can search by city and additional filters; membership gets you into more detailed reviews.
Good thing you didn’t go ahead with the appointment. Yes there are definitely lot of fakes on LL too which is disappointing. Looks like nothing has changed. Scammers continue to find ways to cheat people.
No sooner had I passed on that information, TER eradicated all of their U.S. based reviews. The puritans are cleaning house down there in Trumpland.
You could try Preferred 411 (need to sign up for a membership)
I like the format and how it’s easy to use. Wish you guys can weed out luckluster service providers and the fake/bait&switch.
