Ever since I became sexually active (and that was 20+ years ago) I have always experienced pain in the pelvic area if I have a long foreplay while being very aroused at the same time (more than 40-50 minutes).
If I have no intercourse at all, the pain can start even after 20 minutes of sexual play with strong arousal. Having intercourse after that - even without ejaculation - seems to alleviate the problem to some extent. The pain goes away after a few hours and aspirin or advil seems to help.
Physiologically speaking, the pain seem to be caused by the epididymis (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epididymis) pressing on the testicles (?) which become very swollen at that time.
Anybody experiencing similar symptoms?
Is there anything I should be worried about or is this normal?
