A bit daft today but advice none the less
Sorry hon, but when I read PE I thought Pulmonary Embolism and thought if that was the case you should be in a hospital, not a woman.
But then I clued in.
Medical advice should be left to the health nurse but you could also see a provider who is sensitive to the matter. If you let her know, she can probably work with you... slow down, stop, build you back up, slow, etc etc.
Communication is always key and someone who is sensitive to your concerns will probably be able to read your body language and intuitively know when to slow down and when to speed up again.
Having a few positive experiences with new partners will probably take the edge off the nervousness, which will in turn lower your adrenalin, which will give you more control over your responses.
Good luck
