Yes the theater have this new gimmick The AMX big screen big sound or what ever they call it . I MAX ,. or you have to see 3D and they charge you another $5.00 So now it getting real hard to see a movie for $11.50 Throw in snacks and you are close to $30 to see a movie

UltraAVX is a great idea. You can choose the day, showtime, and seat you want and is well worth the extra cost. No need to get to the theater early, no seat campers, and you don't have to worry about your movie being sold out.

3D however is a total waste of money.

Nice thing about Ultr AVX is that most of the time i have gone , half the theater is empty because every one want those "good seats " . I still get to sit where ever i want even when i pick a seat .. because no one like the bottom third which is the best place to be
