Why share information with a pooner/sp when you don't want it revealed?

Ok, I don't get why SPs or pooners share personal information with one another when at the end of the day it will eventually get exposed. A prime example is with Julia/Spaceghost/Victoria-Lee incident. Do Sps try to make the pooner feel special by sharing this information with them? Or vice versa, do Pooners want to try to be a BF to an sp by sharing personal information?

I think that trust is earned, and if you don't want information revealed, you shouldn't share it with an ATF SP/pooner because when things go sour and emotions get riled up, personal information shared, will eventually be exposed.

yeah but not all people are mature enough to have a normal relationship .. I myself always find conversations with all likes of people... meeting people and chatting I find is like school ..absorbing info .. to make yourself smarter .. and a beutiful woman is a bonus.. one thing I think I would love that I dont get out of all the people I meet is a SP in a social point ...

no no no I dont mean a dinner and a movie date.. I mean just freinds..I have freinds that are doctors, actors, athletes, pooners, etc etc etc.. but other than my odd visit with SP's thats it .. I would love a SP freind.. maybe I have one but she hasnt told me... meeting an SP for coffee would be great .. So I agree with you ..

Again Trust is earned.

By what I gather from Julia and SG, they met face to face 1st time last week and Julia revealed a secret to SG that she didn't want revealed. So why reveal information you don't want public to someone you just first met face to face. I know they established an online friendship. But If i developed an online friendship with someone on the internet, I wouldn't reveal secrets to that person I met face to face for the very 1st time.

Whether we believe it or not, each of us is a human being. We all have people that we sahre our feelings with. Some of us, myself included, have shared things with an SP. What's the difference, if we happen to have an SP that we may be a regular with, or a good friend, you have no choice but to become friends at some level. Thats human nature my friend. I can't for the life of me figure out why some people around here cannot or will not accept an SP as a real person! They are no different than any of us except in the service they provide. I am in the service industry myself, (no, not an SP... far from it, noone would ever consider paying me for that), I would hate to think that someone thought of me as just a "mechanic", or just a "plumber" or what ever. What on earth gives us the right to think of these ladies as just"SP's"? Their human rights, and personalities in my view far out weigh anything else.

I don't see talking to an escort as being much different from talking to a new aquaintance. In the end if you share too much you might regret it.... it's just life, it's not fun but it happens, everyone (ok lots of people ) have had friendships go south that had nothing to do with sex... people are funny things happen....

Your choice is to shut down and never let it happen again or risk it .............

Good point SUCKCESSFUL. After all we are not talking about human here are we!!! These are simply SPs and Pooners, not individuals worthy of a 'normal' persons trust. Perhaps you can help me out here. I was wondering about others I should be wary of. In particular, Lawyers, Brain surgeons, Proctologists (surely they have to be opposites), Truck drivers, accountants. OH!! Almost forgot...The coffee vendor at Second Cup, can I trust her? Please let me know which ones can be trusted and more importantly which ones I should watch out for to expose trusted information at the end of the day because of their jobs. BTW...I take it you're a pooner. Are you telling us that you can't be trusted because of that? Thanks ever so much for sharing your knowledge.

Hey BS

I like your cynicism. Yes I’m a pooner and yes I have trusted sps before and have been taken advantage of by sps as a result of me being too trustworthy. I followed my heart when I should have been following what my conscience told me. At the end, the sp gave me a load of debt and a broken heart. Why, because I fell for the “act.” To this day, I will never open my heart to an SP because deep down this is just a business to them, and we are $$$ to their eyes. I have learned my lesson and will always be cautious. I know I’m going to hurt a lot of people saying this but I’m sure that some of you have been down this road. Again trust is earned not bought.

Ok, VL

I ask you this, would you ever see your clients without being paid, since you claim that you love escorting? Would you do it without the money?

VL,

How about the clients that are regulars and sex-addicts? Do you keep seeing them at the expense of their self-afflicted demise?

"Ps. I hope you are not somebody else, who just created a new ID, but is just a face from the past "

No I am not someone else, just a long time lurker who finally decided to post. Maybe I shouldn't be judging all sps based on one bad one, but we pooners have to be careful, and not get caught up in this hobby.

Suckcessful... if you have been lurking for so long why is it you cannot see that the LADIES we have as regular contributors here are the furthest thing from rip offs I and many other others here have ever seen! Every one one these ladies is special. I hve not seen anywhere near close to all of them, but, in my view, they all contribute something to make our visits with them even more special. REMEMBER, THESES LADIES ARE JUST AS HUMAN AS YOU AND I!!!

I take it from your response Sucksessful

that it is a bad thing to try and earn a living. Also I take it you feel that the grocery store really wants to make sure you are fed and they are not interested in you $$. The pharmacist is REALLY interested in your health and surely they do not want your $$. The mechanic of course REALLY loves your car and has a real interest in making sure it stays on the road. He sure doesn't want your $$. He wanted to be a mechanic cuz he likes cars right? Ask him to work on your's for free from now on. If he really does it cuz he likes it, well why not. If you think this is sarcastic, then obviously you see the point.

I resent people "pigeon-holing" others based on their occupation as per the comment on one of these threads asking why SP's and Pooners share info which they know will eventually get revealed. When will people EVER learn that the participants on this board are, first and foremost, REAL FUCKIN PEOPLE WITH REAL FUCKIN LIVES and not just "pooners" and "SPs"???????

I'm sure my response will get flamed by someone and I will once again get told that I have "started" something with a "few" members. Hell...I even think Julia might look at me as a shit disturber because of a post of mine a few months back where I thought a certain post degraded the ladies down to a sports page type of statistic but why can't we look at people as people and jobs as jobs. Another post said in one of these three (somewhere in here and I'm not wasting time searching for it so I will not quote) threads, something about being smart enough cuz he/she had seven years of education and "controlled" 1000 people. Big F Deal! What if I've got two degrees, have 12 years of education but "control" 900 people. Do any of you give a rat's ass? It didn't take all that education to learn respect and trust, that's for sure. There are a LOT of people out there with NO education that I would have a lot more trust in btw because it's the way they were brought up. A persons word means a whole fuck of lot more than the number of years they spend in ‘job training’.

Oberon, I'd be willing to bet that you are right, each of us, or most of us anyway have had some sort or friendship go south. I know that I have ( not scared anymore to admit it either). In any case though, this is, as we all know, the internet. Some of us, and I'd be willing to bet, very few, do try to keep our personalities intact. Anyone that knows me, and I mean REALLY knows me, knows that this is me. (There are even a couple around PERB that know this to be true). Even though personally I have nothing to hide (I could really care less who knew what about me), the friendships I have made here, however few are special. Do I expect to get burned? Possibly! I've been chatting on the internet far too long to know that SOME online friends aren't really friends at all. Do I expect to be burned by someone I've actually met on the internet and spent time with? No! Chances are pretty good that before you ever agree to meet though, they will burn you in a BIG WAY, someone you have a pretty good idea of what they are about too. SP's not excluded here. Yes, it works both ways!
To outright deceive someone from the onset is beyond my comprehension! What SG has done, in my view is just plain wrong. Yeh, I'm just a simple country hick that may not know better. Trust to me is a big thing. Perhaps the single most important factor in forming any type of friendship or relationship. To abuse someone’s trust is an unforgivable mistake to which I have first hand knowledge of. I stated in another thread that I once betrayed someone that meant a great deal to me. The difference here being that I didn’t fully understand the consequences of what could happen at the time. What I had said to someone else, in my view wasn't damning at all, (Obviously I was wrong). The things that went on here the way I understand were completely clear to everyone involved. VL answered an email form a supposed client stating her position on the matter. The “client” persisted. Had the balls even to befriend VL without her knowledge that he was the writer of the email. Never mind VL, let’s not forget Julia in all of this. He disguised himself as a genuine person that actually cared, ok, maybe not cared, but was interested in these ladies. That’s what gets me the most, why lie? If you’re searching for information for a book or whatever else, I’m sure there would be willing contributors out there somewhere. One doesn’t need to go after the ladies that are outgoing and willing to help us hobbyists further enjoy our experiences.

Never trust anyone with something they can use against you unless you a) do not care if they abuse it or b) can hurt them more with something you know about them. ;)
