A nice bicycle trip in the city is around the Seawall. I start at the Science Center at Quebec and 1st and proceed along the seawall around Stanley Park and back. It takes about 1 hour non stop. You can't go very fast because mom, dad, the kids, are all out there doing the same thing. This is also an excellant area in town to go rollerblading.
If you want more of an adventure than i would suggest heading out to The University Endowment Lands at UBC. This is more offroad riding with some very slight hill climbs. A very easy ride, but fun. This gets a rating of 1 out of 1 to 5. 1 being easy.
The other alternative is to go to the North Shore and ride with me and the boys. This is not for the faint of heart. There is some really extreme shit happening on the shore. This gets a rating of 4 or 5 depending which trails you ride. Its really for those with good bike skills, and who like hucking (jumping) there bike. --- Kev
