Maybe she will use the same name when she resurfaces so her fans can follow her, but I doubt it.
My gut feeling is she's done her time at Tiger, needs to leave it in the rear view mirror and is looking to make a fresh start elsewhere.
Hopefully for her own sake she gets her shit together.

I wont go into details out of respect for the management at Tiger, but there's more to this than Renee just missing work or being late- she wasn't fired.
Next time you get some "inside info" maybe confirm with Sara if it's OK to blabber about it.
