What's with all the 306 area codes on BP?

While perusing the ads on BP today I could not help but notice the sudden explosion of ads utilizing a 306 (Sask.) area code.
I can't believe Saskatchewan has suddenly become some kind of SP Wonderland considering I couldn't find one decent SP during a trip to Saskatoon in May.
Just curious as to the sudden use of the 306 area code?
