Sounds like an east European accent.
I would say ... a Russian..... also she said "don't smile" which is a direct translation from Russian language which translated idiom to idiom would be "don't laugh" ... but then ..... Polish language has the same idiom as well ... where "to smile", in some grammar forms might mean "to laugh" or "to laugh at".
