I've been to both countries. Even though the girls in viet nam are very forward, friendly, and aggressive, and i almost got kidnapped by a girl half my age
thailand is a haven for massage parlors and sex clubs which are in theory similar to our massage parlors and strip clubs here except you can get any of the beautiful girls you see there to do anything you want anywhere you want to go for generally $50-$100 canadian and at the $100 they treat you like a god.

I went to a massage parlour in bangkok and holy shit. I walk into a 2 story building about the size of a 40 room motel and on the left side inside the entrance there is a glass wall and behind the glass wall are about 4 rows of bleachers. I swear there were about 60 girls in sexy dresses sitting in those bleachers. I got to pick any one of them I wanted. A hot spinner caught my eye and I took her. As she led me to the other side of the floor it was only then that I saw another glass wall behind which I saw about another 40 girls which apparently they would have showed me if I didnt like any of the first 60 i saw
So she led me up to a room that had a large jacuzzi tub which she filled up and gave me about a 20minute sponge bath over every single inch of my body, with a lot of teasing. Then we went to the king size bed. I dont actually remember if she gave me a massage but i really couldnt have cared less about a massage at that point lol. I am considering visiting various Asian countries and have heard good
things about Thailand as compared to the Philipines.
Are you implying Thailand is preferable over Vietnam due to the price
difference and service? I've heard that an all nighter was $50 in the
former compared to only $10 in Vietnam {USD}. But these figures
may be out of date.
So far my reading has been mainly about Vietnam, especially Saigon {HCMC}.
Some things i've read about Vietnam & Thailand:
Women in both places may go with you for free. {Be upfront with them
that this does not mean you're going to marry them}.
Thailand...more expensive hookers, prostitution not legal.
Vietnam...communist.
Saigon...many caucasians seen in public with Viet women, many Americans
in this country. English a second language. Safe to be there, if you behave.
Saigon...hot, around 86`. Dec-April less humid.
Saigon...various ripoffs to be aware of.
Saigon...dangerous crossing the street.
Saigon...some hotels don't encourage 'friends' stopping over, or charge for
an extra room.
Vietnam...air-tickets and many expenses are much cheaper 4 exploring
in Indonesia.

i toured around and the extent of prostitution that i saw in viet nam was girls trying to pick me up in the street, whereas in thailand, prostitution, especially catered to tourists, is much more of a booming industry with the huge massage parlours, sex clubs, and strip clubs. in viet nam, i looked around but did not actually find any girls that i actually wanted to be with. there just wasnt the allure to it and the girls there arent nearly as done up in terms of dressing up, putting on decent make up and stuff imho
also, one thing to note is that thailand has had its borders opens to tourists for a long long time and viet nam has only opened up its borders in the past couple of decades. in this regards thailand is noticeably much more accomodating in general

I think I went to the same MP as you in Bangkok, as you walk in on the left is 2 rows of beauties and in front straigt ahead is 4 bleachers of women behind a glass window. I forgot the name and have been trying to recall it for hours. I went there last year. God, what an awesome place.
