There's never been much of value for Thunder Bay on TERB. There are very few reviews. Pretty well the only source for ads is the local newspaper, the Chronicle-Journal.
There are several agencies, plus a few indies. The pricing is pretty low, i.e. $100 per hour plus transportation of $20 to $30. But, the quality is variable, generally ranging from terrible to barely passable. Their idea of one hour is however long it takes the client to cum, one time only. If you pop your cookies at the ten minute mark, your "hour" is up. Concepts such as GFE and MSOG seem to be foreign to them. I doubt that more money is the answer either, unless someone wants to start a quality agency there.
