I received a PM from another PERBert that seemed to question or critique my treatment of zenrocks was a bit harsh. The following is my reply.

here's my call on the situation....75% of me thinks the guy is simply full of shit and isn't living off of his parents cash and is just on perb to stir the shit, if so then I feel no guilt for my abuse.....25% of me thinks that he is in fact telling the truth and if thats the case he needs someone to smack some reality into him before its too late

I grew up with parents who were very well off as did most of my friends. While the bulk of my friends were spoiled beyond words and had access to every material possession known to man some of them (myself included) had boundaries on what was given to us and for the most part earned what we had. I went through a number of shit jobs while going to school vs. taking the easy route of being a lazy prick and working for my parents for a token paycheck.

So if I'm coming across hard on the guy (assuming he is for real) so be it. But at some point he has to grow up and face the real world.

LOL - tax refunds, casino winnings, stock sales, whatever... a sudden cash windfall has prompted many guys to post about their expected pooning ahead or their recent adventures. Aren't they just as worthy of an HFS dose of reality?

His posts are really just about gloating about his so-called wealth and good fortune and how many sp's he's seen. Its an adolescent rub your nose in it thing. I don't ask, nor do I expect any of use to divulge how they finance their hobby. Clearly many of the people on this board are quite well off financially. But it seems for most it because they work damn hard for that luxury. This guy is a self-indulgent troll who, I suspect, is just completely bull shitting everyone.
