A very interesting documentary that came out in theatres on the weekend. This guy in New York goes on a McDonald's diet for 30-days -- McDonald's for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
He gets checked out medically before he starts and is deemed to be in excellent phsycial condition. He's six foot two and weighs 185 pounds. Half way through his experiment, he begins to experience problems with his liver - too much fat - and his doctor recommends he abandon the project but he continues to the end.
After 30-days, he gains 24.5 pounds. His nutritionist said he consumed the equivalent of 30-pounds of sugar. His girlfriend -who is a vegan chef - says their sex life went down the toilet.
It's a fascinating movie about the fast food industry. Oh by the way, McDonald's officials refused to be interviewed. No surprise there.
Every day I look at my dick and say, "Supersize me." So far, it hasn't worked.
