SPs in Van but not Downtown

Just wondering if I can get a little help here.

Besides Eva Evangeline and HarmonyBC, are there any other well reviewed and reputable SPs around that Cambie & Broadway area? Mt.Pleasant would be fine too. I'm looking for SPs who aren't located downtown.
