There seems to be a high frequency of requests for information about SP's that may not be working/ advertising as of late.
Most of us have read a review where an SP has contacted a reviewer at odd times, and they have stated that it was uncomfortable, or at an extremely awkward moment for them. It only stands to reason that an SP that no longer advertises would experience the same reaction under the same circumstances.
It's one thing to ask if they are still around. To ask for possible current numbers and emails is something completely different-especially if they aren't advertising. Even mentioning what part of town they were last in isn't right. It's dangerous. There are too many variables to mention that how any of this information could potentially be putting their safety at risk.
If they're gone, they're gone. It's that simple. This should be common sense.
The mods and a couple of seasoned hobbyists have some Etiquette on the forum as Sticky Threads in the Review section. They are thorough and explain everything one really needs to know about this board. It's there for a reason.
