Ok, I've never even been to Victoria, so this is based on what I've been reading, but the pricing in Victoria seems strange to me.
Specificially, it seems that the prices for the agencies, such as Victoria's Eden, seem to be the bottom of any prices charged. Independents charge as much or more.
Whereas, in Seattle, say, the going agency rate is $250. Some of the really successful independents will charge as much or more, but many of them charge more in the $200 range, or less. Specials of as low as $150 an hour are not completely uncommon, among new women trying to drum up business.
The pricing in Vancouver seems similiar, with many independents pricing less than agency or massage parlor rates in order to compete.
So why here are the agency rates the lowest rates there are?
