For us to be able to help you, you need to be specific. When you click on the link what happens? How far do you get before you get stuck and what happens then - do you get an error message or nothing or ...

And knowing what browser you are using would help (Internet Explorer or Firefox or ...). If you go to the Help menu and click "About ...", it should tell you the name (assuming you are on a PC).
