all i can tell you is i had her booked last year, and she no-showed for a morning booking i'd made by email before traveling to c-town. called about a half hour late for the appointment, said she'd got hung up but was on her way, and then never did show - worse, never returned my calls. I waited a solid 2 hours over, but had to check out of my hotel before i heard anything more. never got an explanation by email either...
