I think you are right about there being quite a few SPs offering "light dom" who don't necessarily advertise it, my guesses on some of the reasons being perhaps: 1) that they don't want to have to go into detail explaining exactly what they are & aren't willing to do & would rather discuss it on a case-by-case basis; 2) perhaps if they work for an agency they are not really in control of what is promoted or advertised - in this case I'm sure you could just ask the receptionist when inquiring about a specific lady; 3) maybe they don't want to give the wrong impression & have people thinking, for example, that they offer more "extreme" domination/torture, or that they have a full dungeon, or that they offer sub services as well (many ladies would be comfortable tying someone up & flogging them but would not necessarily be comfortable having this done to them); and 4) possibly they do not want to be seen to be trying to "steal" business for the self-described "real" pro dommes, who may see it as a threat to their business if SPs are offering dom & FS? As I said, these are just my guesses... I'm sure you can always phone or pm any SP & ask whether she offers dom, fetish, role-playing etc.
