I have tried memory foam pillows. They seem firm but your head sinks into them so comfortably.

I was in an accident quite a few years ago, my car got crushed, with me in it. Sleeping was an issue, afterwards. I found an ergonomic, contoured, memory foam pillow at the medical supply store that has made a huge difference.

Keep hearing ads about “Mypillow.ca” or something.
Haven’t pulled the trigger on getting one but definitely considering it myself.

I bought a memory foam pillow at Sleep Country a few years ago. Best pillow I’ve ever owned. They have a large selection. Wait for a sale. It’s worth it.

Find a pillow that just fits the comfort of your neck. Thus it depends on the way you sleep. On side, a pillow large and thick enough to support the head. On back, just the curve of your neck etc...
