Has anyone seen this pc The Sony Vaio PCV-W600G - P4 2.8 ..went out and saw one today..and yes I was drewling..but that doesn't seem to take much these days..so is it all just bells and whistles or ?? need some feed back.. thanks

Them boys at Sony make some pretty crazy stuff, I can vouch for that. I bought a ED Betamax VCR. As of now it sits broken. The loading mechanism won't work. It load a tape, wraps it around the head in Beta's "W" format not crappy ol VHS's "U" format then it just spits the tape back out. Can't complain it ran rock solid for about 11 years.

Anyways about the comp, 2000 US is pretty pricey for such low end specs. Granted it's some kinda hybrid desktop/laptop/multimedia thing. But IMO this......

looks lame. I man it's got video out. Hook it up to your plasma for christ sakes.

If you seek radical design then this is definately for you.

why I needed someone to talk me down...one of my faults is impulse buying just because of flash and bell and whistles..and you aren't kidding either..$3000.00 is a little much...but you are definitely right..think I just needed some common sense drilled into me..lol..got a lot better things to save up for anyway.. Chuck if you don't already have one then look at a lap top. You don't alwyas wanna be sitting straight up at yer desk like you were at work or somethng, atleas I don't.

Soz I bagged a lap top. I flog onto the couch lay on my gut with a beer mug of coke, watch TV while I piss about with my lap top. Convenience is the word. The only thing I use my desk top for now a days is gaming.
