Have you tried Skyline? I think most of their girls aren't FS and none of them are Asian as far as I know.

At least a couple girls at skyline are FS - Ivy and Lola. So they are at least partially FS. Same for the 'Girls next door' group which is now running from skyline's old location. Most girls there also offer FS.
I enjoy my time more with girls who aren't game for FS. Or are only doing this part-time.
The other nice to have would be to be able to just walk in like AMPs or at Reach, but thats just a bonus.

Basically looking for other parlours like Atlantis or Tiger but which are non-FS.

Have you tried Reach Studios? Some Asian, but rest are white and Latinas. A small minority do offer FS but the default is no-FS. Of course, Reach has a do-no-review request so you will have to find more outside perb-world.
