I'm curious what lesson you would teach her? She looks awfully small in the pics and I'm sure not very strong......An interesting review. I would have never left without getting my money back though. I'm usually not a violent person, but if an sp is going to try to hussle you out of money you should teach them a lesson. It sounds like the other people who saw her though had no problems though. Sounds like she might be a druggie and just a little out of it. I agree the guy was really stupid for leaving that extra money there, like why did he have it in the first place.
While I don't disagree with athaire, I really would love to see how you propose reporting a "solicitation for sex" to a LE officer or for that matter stand in front of a judge and ask for your money back while trying to avert getting charged for solicitation at a same time ?!!Rip offs ect. should be dealt with within the legal means at our disposal.....
I don't know how that would work out? If its not illegal in Canada why not? While I don't disagree with athaire, I really would love to see how you propose reporting a "solicitation for sex" to a LE officer or for that matter stand in front of a judge and ask for your money back while trying to avert getting charged for solicitation at a same time ?!!
Assuming you report it to the police and they actually spend resources investigating it - what happens. At best she gets a slap on the wrist from the courts and your name is available for public record as someone who uses SPs. More than likely the police are not going to spend the resources and you will get a lecture from them about not supporting the local sex trade and your name will still be available for public record since you have filed a police report. Either way, you are not going to get your money back because criminal court (theft or fraud - call it what you want) will not award money to the victim. You need to sue in civil court for that and if she is a druggie, you are not going to get any money.I don't know how that would work out? If its not illegal in Canada why not?
I suppose your right.......ohh well, best not to put oneself in the situation in the first place......thanx.Assuming you report it to the police and they actually spend resources investigating it - what happens.
